Looking for new talents

Natural State is evolving. We have secured some major projects for 2022 and are looking for new team members. We have four open positions: Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Creative Copy and Art Director/Graphic Designer.

Natural State is a small strategy studio with eight employees working with place building and sustainable economics. We are located at Gamlebyen Loft, where we often hang out after work with other tenants at the Loft. Our workplace culture has a great focus on trust, self development and personal wins. We have a flexible workplace / time, and expect our team members to work when and where they feel at their best. As we are in the midst of growth, it is crucial for us to find engaged people who belive in the company mission. We want everyone to feel inspired to do good work and realize ideas they believe in.
