Teknobyen
Teknobyen in Trondheim is an office area of five buildings centrally located between NTNU, SINTEF and St. Olav's Hospital. It serves as a hub for technological innovation and development, housing various businesses, research institutions, and educational facilities. Teknobyen’s last building, Teknostallen, is opening in 2025. In addition to a variety of workplaces, Teknostallen is aiming to become a place for everyone. Plans include an active ground floor of restaurants, bars and small shops, an indoor garden hosting events year-round, a rooftop terrace with a running track, and much more.
