Posten Norge is a Nordic mail and logistics group that develops and delivers complete solutions within postal services, communications and logistics, with the Nordic area as its local market. Posten Norge is on a mission to make sustainability and circular economy a natural part of their business model.

To kickstart this process, Natural State and Circularities was hired to lead the company through a future scenario and circular transition process — moving from value chain analysis and stakeholder mapping, to concept development and development strategy. The process resulted in several concepts — some of them already in the market, such as Tur som Tjeneste (Camping as a Service).
