Vakås Verk pt. 2

In spring 2021 Natural State started working with an active transformation strategy of Holmen Næringspark on behalf of Start Gruppen. Vakås Verk — which is the new name — is located a 10 minute drive from Oslo city centre. The project includes six buildings located next to E18, which makes it ideal for commuters and visitors. The transformation focuses on identity, branding and added functions in the parks “identity area”.

Last year we created a webpage, prospect and updated the identity area of Nye Vakås Vei 64 — with a brand new restaurant, lounge areas and gym. The development continues with Nye Vakås vei 80. The existing creative co-working space will be expanded to the whole third floor. The kantine in the large atrium will have a brand new coffee stand, a new interior plan, new furniture and new food concepts. The lobbys and common space will also be furnished with more friendly and high quality furniture.
